We visited KingPins and while the place itself has potential, the experience was very mixed. It was extremely busy when we arrived, so we couldn’t play bowling — which was disappointing, but understandable. Instead, we decided to play billiards, which was actually fun and enjoyable. We ordered fries, a pitcher, and nachos. The nachos were the highlight — very tasty and well made. Unfortunately, the service really let the experience down. We asked about our fries several times and were told each time that they were being prepared. After over an hour, when we said we were about to leave and asked again, we found out that the fries were never ordered at all. The server was not pleasant and made us feel like the issue was somehow our fault, which was frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, the games and atmosphere are fun, and the nachos were great, but the service needs serious improvement. With better organization and customer care, this place could be much better.

I went there with my coworkers. It was okay, but the place is definitely more oriented toward children. They didn’t have proper bowling balls for adults, most were small and 6–7 ones. Luckily, we found one 12 ball, but we had to share it with the lane next to us, which was a bit annoying. When we asked for more adult-sized balls, they told us they only had the ones already on the lanes. It would really improve the experience if they invested in more adult bowling balls.

We recently celebrated our daughter’s birthday at King Pins Bowling, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with how everything turned out. From the moment we arrived, Ali and Zara went above and beyond to make the party seamless and fun. They helped set up our bowler names on the screens, quickly resolved any lane issues (including stuck bowling balls!), and coordinated the timing of food and drinks perfectly—all with calm professionalism and genuine care. Their attention to detail and effortless teamwork made the day stress-free for us and unforgettable for daughter and her friends. Thanks to Ali and Zara’s dedication, the celebration was a complete success. We’re so grateful for their support and highly recommend King Pins Bowling for anyone planning a party. The staff truly make all the difference!

I came in today with my kids and my husband and we had an amazing time. It was our first time coming and actually our first time ever bowling, but definitely will not be the last. The food was actually pretty good a the portions were huge we ordered one cheese pizza and the Nachos for the five of us which was more than enough for us. The staff were very welcoming and made sure that we had everything that we needed. Overall the kids had a great time I definitely would recommend it to families looking for something fun to do. I also love the fact that after 9pm it is 19+ and will definitely be coming in with my husband one of these nights to see what it’s like after 9 because sometimes it can get a little hectic with all the kids but it’s nice that they give some time for just the adults. Thank you so much King Pins staff for making our experience one to remember. ❤️❤️

Had an awesome time at King Pins Bowling in North Van! The lanes were super nice, and the vibe was chill and fun. Mei, who looked after us, was absolutely lovely – super friendly and made the night even better. They’ve also got pool tables and a sweet little bar with great eats.
