Simone was very patient and a great guide with the Intro class :) She was welcoming and walked everyone there each step carefully. Highly recommend!

Candace covered the intro class and was great! She taught us about the unique features of the their Pilates machines as each is unique. She clearly explained how to pose while using the features. She was patient and provided constructive feedback to help us improve and create a strong foundation. Last but not least, it was a great intro workout and she made it fun. Looking forward to the next class! If you forget socks, they have plenty on the wall for purchase. Arrive early, as parking can be limited and on street only.

Amazing intro class. Candace was welcoming and warm. She explained how to use the reformer with detail and offered suggestions. My friend told me to come and I absolutely loved it. I really needed something to get me back to a good routine. I think I found it.

ADAM WAS AMAZING!!! It was my first time here and I was kind of nervy as a bigger girl but honestly I was nervous for no reason, this place was such a good workout! I look the level 1 class as a beginner and it was such a good workout on top of all that this place is SO cute!!! will definitely be getting a membership

I took the basic intro class with Candace and it was amazing! Taking a Pilates class as a beginner can be super intimidating but she made me feel so comfortable. She explained all parts of the reformer and was very knowledgeable. I can’t wait to take another class with her.
