I can heartily recommend Park East Fitness and my trainer there, Trey. With his help, I’ve achieved a substantial weight loss and solid muscle gain, surpassing my original goals. As a client of many months I can say with confidence that this gym is a gem. Park East is as far from a one-size-fits-all corporate gym as you can get. Workouts are personalized and by appointment, with trainers of deep experience. Trey’s been helping move clients forward for more than a decade. You’ll see all kinds of clients at Park East, youngs and seniors (that's me), fit and working-on-it, and folks recovering from injury. Everyone’s journey is taken seriously and supported beautifully. Zero intimidating bro culture and a cool, encouraging, can-do vibe. The space is small, super clean, with everything you need to make your hour there count. Parking is easy and safe. Value for dollar is incredible. Management is A+. If you are looking for a place truly dedicated to your progress, I can’t think of a better place to do it.

I started working with Chuck about 5 months ago after my husband started seeing great personal results. I wanted to get stronger but I was concerned about intermittent back pain that I've had for years. Chuck listened to my concerns and tailored my program with this in mind. I have a long way to go but 5 months later I definitely feel stronger and I have more muscle tone. Best of all my back has been pain free and feels healthier than it has for a long time. Strength training is giving me confidence to push my body to do more. Also, Chuck has the best disposition, he knows what he's doing so he pushes me every session but he's also kind and a pleasure to work with.

I have been working with Amit for about 4 months. I really appreciate the attention to detail and experience he brings to my work outs. I have a membership to a large gym but disliked the crowds and waiting so this is a perfect fit. Having that personal attention gives me a more efficient and safe work out. There is a great small town feel to the studio. The other trainers have been very welcoming as well. I look forward to the sessions which is not how I felt at a much larger gym.

David McKeag has been an excellent Personal Trainer for me! We moved to Long Beach a few months ago and I wanted to find an expert Trainer with deep experience working with folks over 40 years old. David is perfect! I also really like Trey, who owns the facility. Our workouts are fun, have the right amount of challenge, and are different every time. The studio is just the right size and they have all the equipment you'll need for a good workout. And, it's always great to feel sore and sexy after a workout!
