Extremely unprofessional and unsafe experience Today was my sister’s first day of driving school, and what should have been an exciting experience turned into a disturbing one. During her lesson, a male classmate kept staring at her nonstop, making her feel very uncomfortable. When she briefly stepped out of the car, she accidentally left behind papers with her personal information, including our home address. My sister saw this student zooming in on her address with his phone. When she immediately reported this to the staff, they were rude, dismissive, and refused to take any action. Their lack of concern for student safety and privacy is completely unacceptable. We will never return, and I strongly do not recommend this school to anyone. They are unprofessional, careless, and ignorant when it comes to protecting their students.

My son took his driving test here and I was amazed with the experience. To start, the office is very nice inside. The young ladies behind the desk were very informed and educated about the licensing process which was such a relief after so much headache and confusion. We had mistakenly brought incorrect documents and they did everything they could to ensure we could print out the right ones and make our test time. In the 30-40 minutes I spent in the office I also saw a few very rude customers come in and interact with them and they way the manager and receptionist delt with these customers was so calm and professional I was genuinely impressed and wanted to leave this review. I felt his business truly cares about the quality of service they give to their customers and I will be recommending my friends take their children through this school.

I personally did their Drive and Observe/Behind the Wheel course, and the instructors are very kind, patient, and helpful! My brothers have attended/are attending this school as well for the full Teen’s Course package. I also took my road test here and my family is thoroughly impressed with their online portal submission. Saved us the hassle of going to the DPS after the road test! We love the service we continue to get, the staff are wonderful! Would highly recommend coming here for Driver’s Ed!

Took my test here today! MaKenzie and Grace were amazing. I forgot all of my documents and they were very accommodating and helped me figure it out. The test route was very short and easy. I will 100% be telling my friends about this place to get their license!

The parallel parking setup here really needs improvement. It’s on a slope and at an angle, which doesn’t reflect real-world parking situations. My son can easily parallel park under normal conditions, but he couldn’t pass this portion of the test because of how unrealistic the setup was. I’ve parallel parked in Dallas for years, and even for experienced drivers this would be unnecessarily difficult. Making the test more realistic would create a fairer experience for all students, especially those who didn’t train here. If you plan on testing here but did not train here, definitely make a plan to stop by and get some practice in. As far as Mackenzie’s response, just because it is “approved” doesn’t mean that it is a real world scenario that would ever happen. I am hoping others will take this feedback into consideration when booking. Also, I have dash cam footage of him checking his mirror and camera. Because of the hill, angle this was on and his SUV, he could not see anything. I pulled over to this area as we were leaving and I couldn’t see anything to even attempt to parallel park here.
