I was having some issues with Google and how to use some of it's features. Andre was so helpful and really took the time to explain everything to me. Also he even helped me with my new phone. My computer was very old, and I bought a newer computer from Comp-Pros. I just love it, such a change from my older computer and so reasonable. I am so happy with understanding Google better, and with my new computer from Comp-Pros!

When I first started getting familiar with computers I did a lot of messy things to my computer. I looked around for a business that could help me fix the errors I created. I decided on Comp Pros and was so happy with my choice. Comp Pros was a wonderful experience as well as affordable. They helped me all the way through the repair, it took him two days of continuous work but he did it without complaint. I have gone back since the first time which was in 2010. My laptop (a Mac Book Pro) met with an accident involving some water a few weeks back. I was panicked and took it straight to the Mac Store who were less than helpful about data recovery which was one of my main concerns. Comp-Pros called me within a couple of hours to let me know what the damage was, and the state of my data. Repairs were seen to promptly, despite a slight hitch with a part that they sent for, but was in fact faulty. They rang me directly and made the decision NOT to install an unsatisfactory piece of hardware, but to reorder with another company. Very professional service. My laptop arrived and a follow-up email to check everything was to my satisfaction. Great quality service! Thank-you.

We had a phone call diagnosing the problem with our laptop within an hour of dropping it off. We authorized the repair, and it was done quickly and efficiently. All of our questions were answered, and further support was offered should we have any problems. The price was quite reasonable.
