I don’t normally leave reviews, nor did Vahid ask me to. I really am just that impressed with his service. Working with Vahid was far cheaper and more personalized than anything you’ll find at a large repair service. He sent me frequent updates as he worked to diagnose my laptop’s problem. It turned out to be an unfixable issue, so the final cost to me was just the $65 diagnostic fee and $75 flat fee for a full data backup. Both are much cheaper than any service I found elsewhere. I also want to point out that he replaced my thermal paste for free (included in the diagnostic fee), which I’ve seen go for over $100 at other services. Don’t waste your money elsewhere. Just go to Vahid!
Vahid was incredibly thorough about explaining to me how he cleaned my 25-year-old printer and brought it back to life. His prices are reasonable and he is incredibly professional. I am so grateful to him that he was able to fix it Instead of me, having to go out and buy a brand new one. If I could give him six stars, I would!
I had an excellent experience with Vahid! My laptop screen was completely shattered, and he handled everything from start to finish. He purchased the correct replacement screen for me, which saved me a lot of time and research, and thanks to his professional account the screen arrived in just two days! I told him I was in a rush, so he truly prioritized my request. The screen replacement was done in about an hour! which is honestly impressive. He even cleaned my computer both inside and outside, which I really appreciated. The quality of service was excellent, and you can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing! Very professional, very efficient, and genuinely a nice human being. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs repairs with phone/computer/tablet/etc.
Vahid was absolutely amazing and one of the nicest people you'll meet. Incredibly professional, reliable, and knowledgeable in his field. I'd like to think I'm allright with tech ; building my own computers since I was 12, but Vahid was able to fix my PC with motherboard and CPU problems after a power supply failure. Did an amazing job and extremely attentive to detail and quality. I'm a little rusty these days on tech but even in my prime I don't think I could've done what he did. If you have any PC problems, no matter how complex the issue is, Vahid will do his absolute best to make it right. Trust me when I say, you will not regret going to him and he will become your new primary tech guy after just a single stop. Do yourself a favor and choose CTP. CTP is a business you can trust and rely on.
My experience was amazing my AIO pump died and I was freaking out because my pc was hitting 100c. He has a cooler on the spot to replace my AIO so I could use it. Also he left my pc spotless when I asked for him to clean it. Will continue to be my repair guy for the rest of my computers life. Thank you again Vahid.
