I hired Compass Accounting specifically because I expected professional advice and guidance from a CPA firm — but unfortunately, that’s not what I received. I provided necessary information, including details that clearly required follow-up and action, but instead had no follow up and nothing was submitted. When this was brought up by me 2 years later, the blame was put on me for their oversight. There was no communication, no clarification, and absolutely no advice offered throughout the process and I got hit with late filing penalties because of this. If you're looking for a firm that will take initiative or provide the guidance you're paying for, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
