We got married earlier this year and had Josh as our DJ and MC. He worked an incredibly long 11 hour day, yet he kept the energy and vibe going strong! Josh played the music for us at our ceremony and then was the MC and DJ at our cocktail hour and reception. He helped the day run smoothly and the dance floor was always packed. Complete DJ comes with packages for lights, the dance floor set up, neon signs and options to tie in with your wedding decor theme. I loved their online portal where I could continue to add information about the music and announcements we needed on the day. They are also a big team which gave me peace of mind that if my DJ was sick they would have back up. Thanks again Complete DJ and Josh !!
We had an incredible experience with Complete DJ at our wedding at Mulberry Estate this October. We were lucky to have DJ Gary, who went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. He helped us create a perfect mash-up for our first dance, and it turned out better than we imagined. The entire event was an absolute blast. The music, the energy, and the flow of the night were all spot-on. The games were so much fun, and Gary made all our guests feel welcomed and comfortable from start to finish. We also absolutely loved the Dancing on Clouds effect and the spark machines—they made our performance feel extra magical, and the photos turned out stunning! The sound system was excellent as well; everything was clear, balanced, and professional. Thank you, Complete DJ and DJ Gary, for helping make our special day truly memorable. Highly recommended!
We had the absolute best experience with Jannes from Complete DJ! He was incredible from start to finish. He was professional, fun and truly knew how to read the room. Our guests haven't stopped talking about his commendable efforts! The entire team at Complete DJ were also amazing to deal with. We are so grateful to have had DJ Jannes as both our DJ and MC for our wedding. From start to finish, everything ran so smoothly because of him. he was organised, professional, and completely in tune with how the night was unfolding. His music choices were spot on, blending a mix of genres and eras so that every generation felt included. At one point, he had literally everyone on their feet dancing, even guests who told us afterwards that they never usually stay out on the dance floor at weddings! We also received so many compliments from our guests about how amazing the music was and how seamless the transitions felt throughout the whole night. Beyond his talent behind the decks, Jannes was simply a great person to have around — easygoing, warm, and someone we instantly connected with. He brought such a good vibe to the evening and helped create the kind of atmosphere every couple hopes for. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better DJ/MC. Jannes played a huge role in making our wedding an unforgettable celebration, and we would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
Gary from Complete DJ was our MC and DJ at our wedding at Darlington Estate. We had the best night ever and we could not have asked for a better person to MC and DJ. In the planning process, he was responsive, thoughtful and encouraging, including to significant last-minute additions to our runsheet (not that you should do this to your vendors!) Our ceremony at a different venue ran late. My wife and I are serial stress-heads, so this would ordinarily result in a freakout. Gary independently re-worked our runsheet and communicated this to everyone who needed to know, and this took away our stress, and the night ran even more smoothly than we could have imagined. As a MC, Gary was engaging and friendly without making the night 'about him'. He really allowed our family's traditions and speeches to shine. As a DJ, Gary was amazing, the dance floor was full and totally engaged throughout the night. He studied our music ahead of time, played all our must plays, and mixed everything so that the vibe was immaculate. Gary also clearly knew the venue and staff at Darlington Estate very well, as well as the photographers from Ring and Veil, it was cool to see him hanging out with them. Basically, Gary was everything you could ask for in a MC and DJ as well as being a dream wedding guest. Thanks Gary and Complete DJ team.
