I’ve had multiple visits to this urgent care clinic, and unfortunately my experiences have been consistently disappointing. Several staff members—particularly some of the providers—have been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Rather than taking the time to properly assess symptoms and listen to patient concerns, providers often rush appointments and fail to offer thoughtful or effective treatment plans. On more than one occasion, I was prescribed very expensive medications without a clear explanation or confidence that they were appropriate. When I tried to communicate what treatments had or had not worked for me in the past, my concerns were disregarded. Instead of adjusting care or working toward a solution, I was simply referred elsewhere after treatments failed—resulting in wasted time, money, and continued discomfort. One provider in particular, Ashley Knight, made my experience especially troubling. She repeatedly cut me off while I was speaking, dismissed my concerns without fully understanding them, and abruptly left the room mid-conversation to attend to another patient. Her behavior felt discriminatory and unprofessional, and it left me feeling uncomfortable and unheard. Patients seek urgent care for relief, guidance, and compassion. Unfortunately, this clinic has failed to provide those basics. I left feeling frustrated, unsupported, and financially burdened by unnecessary prescriptions. I strongly encourage others to think carefully before trusting this clinic with their care.

I had a hospital followup visit with Dr. Baumrucker. She was very thorough and caring. Although, I am from another city and will only be here short term, she treated me as if I was her long term patient. I appreciate Complete Health Partners and their care very much.

I’ve received years of excellent care from Dr. Sparks and was sad to see him leave this location, but I’ve since assigned Ben Bueno as my PCP and could not be happier. Ben is superb — attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my care. What truly stands out about this clinic is how well the entire team of clinicians collaborates. My care feels coordinated and supported at every step, and I always know I’m not navigating things alone. The communication and continuity here make a real difference, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for thoughtful, team-based care.

AMAZING nurses and doctors! Went to the er by ambulance. Fast care given and admitted for appendicitis. They treated me so well. Surgical team was friendly and relaxed me with humor and professionalism for my first surgery. Home now and well on my way to full recovery. LOVE this hospital.

The whole team was very kind, empathetic, and courteous. They were also both professional and personable, which I appreciated. The team made sure I understand why certain tests were done, answered questions about how to prevent my medical issue in the future, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I would also like to specifically shout out the receptionist, who did a great job talking to customers and remaining kind and professional even though the urgent care center was quite busy and she was having to do many tasks at the same time. Overall I had a great experience and would happily return again if needed.
