MUVFit Personal Training

I have been with MUVfit for 3 years and they have not just motivated me to get in the gym and stay in the gym, but they’ve created and environment where I WANT to come to the gym, if anything just to see the trainers and the regulars who have all become my friends. On top of a great environment they have also created a great system for working out and their programs are extremely personalized and easy to use. Over the years I have also noticed that MUVfit is always looking at ways to improve and tweak their system and I have witnesses several huge quality of life changes that have made their already stellar services even better! To anyone who has a hard time staying in the gym or feels confused on how to organize their workouts, I cannot recommend MUVfit any higher. They are the best of the best.

I started using MUVFit Personal Training in July of 2024, and it has been the best investment in my well-being journey to date! The entire team is very supportive, knowledgeable, and have a passion for supporting your personal fitness and nutrition goals. Now, each day I look forward to being 1% better on my fitness journey and really enjoy my time at the gym with my coaches and trainers.

MUVFit is the perfect mix of expert training and supportive community. The trainers personalize every 1-hour session to your goals and pace, and they’re great at keeping you motivated. They listen, adjust when needed, and even help when you’re out of town. Easy to show up, hard to imagine going anywhere else!

When I joined MUVFit in November 2021, I had limited mobility and strength due to a two year battle with injury. My introductory session featured a mobility assessment, and the trainers planned my exercise program to correct issues and help me gain strength. One year later, my strength gains have been tremendous, and my mobility has improved significantly. I keep coming back to the gym week after week because the trainers and community members create an atmosphere which supports personal growth and celebrates victories both large and small. The trainers are genuine, caring people who insist on proper form and invest in the lives of their members. The programs are tailored to meet members where they are and help them attain their short term and long term goals. No matter your age or level of fitness, there is place for you in the MUVFit family!

The MUVFit staff are absolutely fantastic and really what makes this place so unique. In addition to being very talented trainers, they are kind, motivating, and create an environment that is challenging but also fun and welcoming. They truly care about your success and well-being and are the heart of the MUVFit community. As someone who has had several knee surgeries, I am so grateful that MUVFit really focuses on technique and safety and are so quick to make modifications that don't take away from my workout. I feel stronger in my 30s than I did as a college athlete because of MUVFit. Most importantly, after 3 years as a client, I still look forward to my workouts!
