Have a rat problem in my loft. They came out 2 weeks ago laid bait and charged £150 and said someone would call in 10 days to come get their bait back. I phoned them up yesterday to let them know it's been two weeks I haven't had a call back and I can still hear the rats. Got someone out this morning. They checked their bait and said it's all gone and no signs of a rat. They laid more bait and said they'll schedule another visit and the cost of a third visit is £60. I have refused the third visit and they have taken back their bait. Now looking for another company to help or try and solve the problem myself.

We had a problem with rats in the garden in May and when i contacted Complete Pest Elimination Owen came out the same day and set traps. He came weekly to examine the traps and within a month it looks like they have all gone. Would definitely recommend. Professional, friendly service.

I cannot praise this company enough. I contacted Owen thinking I had a mice infestation but I was horrified to find that I was actually sharing my home with rats. Being of a certain age and living alone I felt so vulnerable especially when the rodents seemed to come to life through the night wakening me from my sleep. I contacted Complete Pest Control on a recommendation and am so glad I did. From their first visit Owen and both Johns put my mind to rest that they would eliminate the vermin and true to their word that’s exactly what they did. Not only are they professional, punctual and clean, their customer care is second to none. Genuinely nice guys who made me feel that they cared and I know that they did. I discovered a wasps nest underground when cutting the grass. The guy gave me sound advice over the phone and calmed me down. Next day arrived on time and carried out the service efficiently with paperwork and answered my umpteen questions patiently, whilst making sure all my other pets where going to be safe and unaffected. Have saved the number and will definitely be passing them on. Nice to receive such an efficient and polite service.
