We found Complete Removals through a Google search as we were moving home to a new area after many years. I initially spoke to Monique who was extremely helpful giving us loads of advice. She suggested we get a number of quotes in order to secure removals for the day we wanted. From the three quotes we get, Complete were by far the cheapest but we’re offering an almost identical service to the others. Hence we chose them. Even though our moving date and destination changed, Complete honoured their quote and even came out the day before to pack some non essential items. On the day of the move, they were punctual and efficient. Michael and his staff were extremely friendly making sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. Great care was taken of both the house and our furniture etc. throughout the loading and unloading process. All in all a very professional yet friendly team at an extremely competitive price. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Complete again and would be happy to recommend their services to friends and family. A genuine thanks to you all.

Monique and her team provided us with service which was sensitive, compassionate and efficient for the move of my very elderly aunt from Liverpool to Edinburgh. This might have been a stressful and upsetting experience for my aunt, but the team were fantastic; working quickly, effectively yet with lots of sympathy and goodwill towards my aunt. The move went very smoothly and all of her goods arrived in time and without damage (bar one small table) at their destination. Monique is great at communicating with the customer; we were kept abreast of plans along the way, and queries were dealt with immediately. I can't recommend Complete Removals highly enough.

Communication in the lead-up to the move was clear, prompt and reassuring, during the move itself everything ran smoothly, and even after the move they were still responsive and helpful. The flexibility they showed around dates and timings took a huge amount of stress out of what is usually a pretty chaotic process. What really stood out was how personal the service felt. This wasn’t a rushed, conveyor-belt job — it was clear that everyone involved genuinely cared about doing a good job and getting things right for us, which makes a huge difference on moving day. We did have a couple of minor issues, but they were dealt with quickly, professionally and in a really friendly way — genuinely no problem at all, and exactly how you’d want things handled. Excellent service from start to finish. Michael and Joe arrived on time, were courteous, polite & very respectful of my home and belongings. They protected all the floors, carpets & even the front doors in both properties and took real care with everything (including my gnomes!). Monique was also really great to deal with, from the initial quote (very reasonable) to answering endless questions and providing sound advice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Complete Removals and will happily use them again in the future.

Complete Removals had the best price compared to everyone else I asked. Even though they had the best price, they still came in a team of 3 people who were amazing. Arrived to the house on time in the morning and handled all of our belongings with care even during heat (30°c today) going up and down the stairs.
