Amazing service from Jason, I emailed this morning re: a wasps nest under my roof tile, the wasps were getting into the bathroom and causing my children distress. Jason came out the same morning and solved the problem. Thanks so much!!

Absolutely brilliant they came out within an hour of contacting them was a really nice guy had a look at our problem and sorted it there and then really appreciated it will defo use again hopefully wont have to though thanks a lot for your help

We had rats in our loft space, we had to wait 10 days for the local housing to send pest control out, I rang Jason and he came out the next day, did a full inspection of our property and after reviewing both our findings he quickly found the rodent issue, he saw the impact it was having on our family and quickly set about baiting the area, he visited weekly to check the progress and set various traps in around the property, he was very professional and i would highly recommend his company and more so him as an individual he was very emphatic. Booked Prevention Pest Control for a free survey, for bed bugs, they came out done the survey and they explained everything, they got rid of them exactly like they said they would , fantastic service, phoned them up on Friday night and they came Saturday morning couldn't of asked for a better company to come, they also put me and my wife at ease as we felt very dirty but he assured us that it could of happened to anyone, and they were £175 cheaper than other companies i'd phoned. Great service will use again thanks.
