Natalie and Gary have been super helpful in diagnosing and fixing my new PC! They even offered to run out to another retailer to purchase the necessary parts while I was at work. Great folks running a great local business, highly recommend Compu10! Edit: a week after getting my PC back, still running great, no issues at all. They even added in a GPU anti-sag bracket and did a full system clean out for free! Would give more stars if I could!
I recently purchased a lap top from Compu10 in Colorado Springs. I must say the price and service were excellent. Natalie and her husband are true professionals in this field. I will always use them for any of my computer needs. They offer a full range of services from sales, repair and virus elimination. It’s small family run operation giving you personalized care that the large box stores cannot match.
Gary and Natalie were so knowledgeable and helpful. Im a student and I needed my laptop for school as soon as possible. It was having some software issues. They fixed it and cleaned it up, it looks brand new! They worked so quickly to fix my laptop, it was an amazing experience. They're wonderful people. If you need help with your pc or laptop, I would 100% recommend them!
I've been building for 20 years and never had to go to a shop. I spent a week trying to figure out issues I was having upgrading my custom built PC. They had it knocked out in less than a day. This place is the only place I'd ever go or recommend. Amazing customer service, and extremely reasonable price. They don't know it yet but I'm probably going to go back just to talk with Gary and learn more! Thanks again!
I came into this shop after having a long and frustrating experience with a prebuilt PC that had an RTX 4080. A different store in another state had told me the graphics card was the issue, and I was honestly at the end of my rope trying to figure it out. That’s when I met Gary and Natalie—and I’m so glad I did. From the start, they were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. They walked me through everything and explained the issues in a way that made sense. They didn’t just try to slap a fix on it—they took the time to really evaluate the system. In the end, they built me an entirely new custom PC, and it runs beautifully. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly love helping people get the most out of their systems. On top of that, they honored a military discount, which I really appreciated. Great people, excellent service, and outstanding quality. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future upgrades or support. Thank you, Gary and Natalie!
