I gave my laptop to Computer Experts because it would not boot and the BIOS was not detecting the USB drive. Sam fixed the issue and handed over the lap within 2 days. A couple of days later, I faced another problem—the fingerprint reader and keyboard backlight were not working. Sam fixed it immediately the very next day, without charging anything extra. Sam is professional, honest, and extremely helpful. A true gentleman. Highly recommended.

Save yourself the frustration and find a technician who values their customers and operates professionally. The owner failed to communicate how he intended to proceed, even after acknowledging he couldn’t identify the issue—ultimately leaving the problem unresolved. I was charged $70 with no meaningful work completed. He stated that he had the computer running for four hours “playing high-quality videos” and that he “updated the operating system,” despite my report clearly indicating a driver-related issue. I have been a customer since 2008, but unfortunately, the quality of service and professionalism have declined significantly. It’s disappointing to experience such poor communication and lack of accountability after so many years of loyalty. Sadly, it’s time to take my business elsewhere.

Honest tech repair man love this place just fixed my gaming laptop here. All I wanted was the battery removed, no issue no blaming user wear just got straight to business. No missing parts or broken plastic / metal frame from this place PC was returned better then before. I've been going here since I was a teen and will continue to as this is one of the last honest tech shops that actually fixes your tech and at a great price beats all the rest ❤️
