Update: and this is why I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS IMMEDIATELY. I was asked to review this on the spot. I was finally able to give my husband his laptop to use and it was only a keyboard issue. Now why doesn’t the laptop work unless it’s plugged into a charger? When I was there the tech guy plugged the computer into the charger I assumed that it was dead but no now there is another issue with the battery. Which was working perfectly fine before giving it to them and this wasn’t an issue. My husband dropped of his laptop for a keyboard issue they had it fixed in under two weeks and it works as good as new. Thanks I highly recommend!
