I had a great experience with this shop from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and communicative throughout the entire process. I had several hardware upgrades and ran into a few unexpected challenges, but they took the time to troubleshoot everything properly and kept me updated the whole time. Andrew was the technician who worked on my PC, and he was amazing , very knowledgeable, transparent, and attentive to details. He explained my options clearly, made sure everything was compatible, and really cared about doing things the right way rather than rushing the job. Communication was fast and clear, and I always felt like my PC was in good hands. In the end, everything works perfectly and my computer is running great. I truly appreciate the effort and care they put into helping me. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for honest service and great technical support!

Well you’ve been to the usual big box stores. Nice selection/ prices yet it seems like something is missing.🧐. These days I prefer the smaller, preferably locally owned shops. Seems like the service is much more personal and the instructions/ information on the products is much more complete. Such is the case at Computer Connection OKC. On this visit Andrew and Lincoln showed me what old fashioned full, professional service is all about. They do it all!
Went in to check out their selection of mechanical keyboards and keyboard switches, and was glad to see a variety of AULA keyboards and a switch tester. It helped me understand whether I liked tactile, clicky or linear switches (linears for me for their smoothness, specifically the silent linears!) and which keyboard layouts fit best for my lifestyle
I couldn't install Windows 11 and called Computer Connection. Jenn came to my house that evening and worked diligently to find the problem, fix it and successfully install Windows 11 on my computer. She was knowledgeable, thorough and a real pleasure to work with. It was money well spent to solve my problem. I would definitely use their service again.
