This location was great! If you need your phone fixed within a 2-3.5hr window. You have to attend this location. If you have the option to choose which store, choose this one. My phone was iPhone 16pro max, a lot of details and precision go into the pro. They took care of me and I was able to get in and get out and my phone works brand new.
Jade helped us today. She was very helpful and patient! We had a problem with the battery on a laptop. She helped us turn on the laptop and download all of the important files we needed. While everything was downloading, we were able to watch her help other customers. She approaches every customer with kindness and a willingness to help. I would gladly trust her and this team with any of my electronics.
