Saad is No.1. My daughter Maggie dropped her Iphone in School at 3pm. She has an important exam on Sunday morning and the Phone has essential information. Called Saad at 4.30pm on a Friday afternoon. 5.10pm fixed. Saad is very professional and I will be dropping of more Tech repairs next week.

They first helped me fix my PC’s top lid perfectly, and the work was done with great professionalism and care. I later had serious issues with my Acer PC battery and almost gave up, but the advice and support I received from them changed everything. Because I had patronised them earlier, they generously offered to help me fix my battery at no cost, even though I did not purchase the battery from them. They eventually assisted me with the battery issue twice, completely free of charge. They also guided me away from making the mistake of buying another third-party battery and advised me on the best option directly from Acer. Their empathy, honesty, and dedication made it very clear that customer satisfaction is their highest priority. A one stop shop for all your mobile or laptop problems. Honestly, if they can't fix it, no one can! Friendly, fast, thorough and efficient. They put me at ease when I brought in my laptop (worried that I might lose all my data) and they sorted it in less than an hour. Similarly when my mobile phone crashed and locked me out they got me back in and reinstated all the apps etc. Brilliant. Highly recommended.

Fair legitimate honest business , I have been using them for a few years , reasonable prices and they will tell you if repairs are really necessary or can go without them , got my charging port battery camera lens and screen protector fixed that saved me buying a new phone .My phone is 6 years old still up and running and doing what its meant to do. Phone repair shops are generally viewed with scepticism for some very good reasons however this one is an amazing example of how to run a great business . So thank you Simtek World for friendly and great service.
