Bought two iSesamo tools off the lovely guys in the shop, they even went to the warehouse to get them for me so I just popped back in later the same day to collect. I recently had my laptop battery replaced at this store, and I couldn't be happier with the service! They helped me order a new battery and installed it at a very reasonable price. They also gave me a student discount! While I was waiting, they offered me an ice lolly, which was such a sweet gesture - especially on a very hot Saturday. It definitely made my day! I also noticed how well the staff treated other customers. One person came in to get her phone screen replaced and received excellent service, and another family got a great deal on screen protection. It's clear that the staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend this store to all my friends, especially students. It’s such a relief to have a trustworthy IT store so close to the university!
