This guy was incredibly helpful. My laptop broke and it had very valuable information from my business, but for some reason it couldn’t be found. He kept working on it for days until he finally recovered it. I even told him I wanted to give him some money and asked him to keep trying, but he refused and said, “You only pay me when I finish the job.” Then he did it👍 That’s the kind of service and person I’d recommend with my eyes closed. Brought in my pc with a cpu overheating issue. Was stressed and in a hurry, as i needed the pc operational the next day. They had me in and out within an hour with a new working cpu fan, pc internals cleaned, and cable management improved. Every other place said it would be a two day job. This place is the real deal.

When my phone screen suddenly refused to turn on (during my weekend, no less), Computer Phone Repairs was there to help. Technician Kevin Lin was quick, kind, and courteous when assessing my phone's issue, prescribing a solution, and walking me through the process to repair. Most impressively, Lin managed to order a new screen for my phone, install it, and have the whole thing looking and acting like new in about a 24 hour turnaround. The quality and expeditious service I received (alongside very reasonable pricing that shouldn't go unmentioned), is notable for a local shop, and I highly recommend giving them your business.

Very honest and patiently explained my options. I spoke to some other shops but they seemed in a hurry and were quoting different prices without explaining the differences. Not only did he not try to upscale me on the phone, when I got to the shop, he said only my screen protector was cracked, not my screen. I was paying him for a new protector and accidentally handed him too much money which he caught and immediately returned. Will happily go back! The whole experience was a pleasure.
