Jack replied to my missed call after I had visited another repair person to be told that my best option was to purchase a new machine. I was on my way to the shop when Jack called. He allowed me to take my machine to his premises allowing cost as only time of actual repair. He restored to perfect condition. His costs were very reasonable. I returned a second time to salvage a hard drive that had valuable files from an old machine password locked and long forgotten. Again the service was excellent.

Absolutely fantastic service. I had a PC that is a high end gaming machine damaged in transit. Jack gave me an upfront estimate and kept within that perfectly. I found him to be friendly, chilled and not rushing out the door once complete. He went above and beyond adding paste and gave us a free wifi card he had lying around. Best thing was he explained everything as he was fixing it. Honestly go no further!!!! -
