I’ve gone to Jimmy several times whether to fix my laptop or buy one from him and I have never been disappointed!

He probably does excellent repair work, but going to pass on retail purchases. Stopped to see if he had any Intel 8th or 9th gen CPUs. Asking price was 50% to 70% over eBay "Buy it Now" prices. YMMV

I have been going to Jimmy since 1992, the old 256 and v12 dial up modem days. He is as helpful and as honest as they come. In fact, I just dropped one of my laptops off with him this afternoon. He's still sharp as a tack! Edit - He has fixed 2 more for me in the last 6 months. One just this afternoon, 7/7/25, while I waited, I swear Jimmy Dean has magic hands! PLUS: He's always there and he always answers his phone. 10am to 8pm, 6 days a week. Thanks again, Jimmy!

I had the blue screen of death on my computer, the BIOS was not recognizing the hard drive and it was unusable. I had gone to Best Buy to get a quote and it was going to be $240 to do a diagnostic, get a new hard drive, do a data- back-up, and also reinstall Windows. I came to Jimmy to get a second opinion and my hard drive was fine, I just needed to reinstall Windows. HUGE savings, he helped me out and the total was $60!! Jimmy is honest and he was great to work with. I also prefer to do business with small local places, where I am actually valued as a customer, over giant box stores, where I am just a number. Friendly service. Very Fast. Affordable. Honest. Highly Recommended!!
