I brought my monitor here just to get it diagnosed, and it turned into a complete waste of over a month of my time. It took about a month to a month and a half, and I never once received a call back. I had to continuously call them myself just to get updates. The final time I called, they told me they couldn’t do anything about it—after all that time. No communication, no follow-up, nothing. If I had known this, I would’ve taken my monitor somewhere else and had it fixed over a month ago. Customer service was horrible from the start. When I first came in, the employee didn’t even try to help me bring the monitor inside, didn’t look at me, and simply handed me a piece of paper to fill out. No effort, no professionalism. This place completely wasted my time. Horrible customer service, horrible experience. Do not come here.

earned positive review by a routine customer. I am a repeat customer. I lost my former computer outfit, as Terry retired. I floundered around with this and that computer repair outfits. It was very disappointing. Then I found this place. Ahhh … heaven. Nice people. They know what they are doing. Affordable. My rule is “Steve, if you can’t fix it in 15 minutes yourself, call in the troops.” The ‘troops’ being Pimlico Computer Repair. They even come to your house if you like them to do so. I have taken my computer to them once; and had them come to my house two times. They even came and straightened out my three smart TV’s. I give them big A+. Chris and Team diagnosed my laptop performance and speed problem very effectively and provided a reasonable cost solution over buying a new unit! It was so frustrating to work with and MUCH more responsive now, great outcome! Thank you!!!
