We booked Blackbeard's Brig for a 16th birthday party. Easy to book online, email confirmation and reminders The room was really well designed, the puzzles were clever, game-master supporting and fun. The kids had an incredible time and are already talking about coming back. Highly recommend!

Went here for the first time yesterday and had the most fun! Our gamemaster was Ethan and he was amazing!! (Even though we couldn’t peer pressure him into doing a pirate voice). We did the pirate themed escape room and it was really fun and not too challenging at all. The only thing I didn’t love was that there was no ceiling to the escape room, so you could hear a bit going on outside the room. But to be honest once I locked in on the puzzles, I didn’t really notice it as much anymore. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks again Ethan!!! We’ll see you soon :)

Excellent room with well-executed theming. Puzzles all worked and had a nice variety of technology, and all were sensical enough to follow without being too easy or too hard, and we appreciated the original story which flowed nicely. Staff were friendly and welcoming, although we did wish there were some fun signs/a backdrop for group pictures afterwards.

My partner and I did the Neverwinter room, and we were pretty disappointed. It was an easier room, so everything was supposed to be sensor based, but half of our sensors didn’t work. We got “stuck” on at least 3 puzzles that we were doing the correct solutions to, but the sensors just weren’t picking them up. We thought we were going crazy! I was also very disappointed with the use of GenAi to create almost everything in the room. All of the art and the screens were Ai, and that really took away from the experience. I genuinely think the script was generated too, since the story had no actual resolution. The puzzles themselves were pretty fun and would definitely be great for a family, but ultimately, I don’t want to pay $80 for a room that barely works and is full of ai generated stuff. I hope the other rooms are better! I will say our game master was lovely, and the staff were all nice.
