From the first conversation and then workout, it is obvious that this team really cares about their clients. Mike is so helpful and encouraging and always has a good modification if an exercise is aggravating my lower back. But he still pushes me to work hard! I thoroughly enjoy being a part of this gym and highly recommend it!

The idea behind this place is spot on - train for strength and mobility. That will allow us to live long, healthy lives (plus I think the mobility piece is missed in all other gyms). But as is the case most times, it all comes down to the trainer and execution of the class. Insert Mike Rodgers! He’s the absolute best - motivating, challenges me, and consistently goes above and beyond. I love this place and can’t say enough great things about it!
