Danielle is an awesome personal trainer and so much more. She has worked with me to create workout plans, but more importantly, anytime I’ve had an injury or imbalance, she’s listened, evaluated the issue and even given me corrective exercises and/or tried to solve the issue real time. I’ve gained strength from our workouts. I’ll miss working out with Danielle. She always has freaky great energy, is encouraging and great to be around.

Danielle has been my trainer since October, 2024. I had been diagnosed with Osteoporosis (multiple compression fractures in my spine and had just come out of an immobilizing back brace for 5mos). Needless to say, I was terrified. With Dannielle's expertise, calm demeanor, and encouragement, she has guided me into power lifting (Liftmor Protocal). My DEXA in December showed improvement in my numbers. I can't thank her enough for her patience and guidance. I am so grateful to have found her, and look forward to getting stronger under her experience.

Danielle is an awesome trainer! She will enthusiastically cheer you on your progress and nudge you when you need the encouragement. She is very knowledgeable, focused, and attentive to detail. She will integrate her knowledge of the body, nutrition, and therapy into your program to personalize it to your needs. I have worked with several trainers over the past few years and she is the best one. Unfortunately, I won’t be working with her any longer as I just moved out of state. I will truly miss her. She helped me reach fitness and training goals over the past year.
