From roofing bid to roof completion, Conrad Roofing provided superior service and outstanding workmanship. Arty came out to the house, measured the roof, provided me with all the material options and answered my questions. Great communication from the start and throughout the entire process. During the project, Armando thoroughly explained what was being done and walked me through any changes that needed to be made. The guys on his crew were total professionals with excellent workmanship. Every day, they completely cleaned up the worksite, and when the job was complete, you couldn't tell they were ever there. I highly recommend Conrad Roofing. Regarding the cost: The bid I received from Arty was ten to fifteen thousand dollars lower than the bids I received from other companies, using the same materials.
Cornrad Roofing did an excellent job replacing my original wood shingle roof. Arty explained the pros and cons of different options - ridge vent Vs box rent; light color Vs dark color shingles etc which helped me greatly in deciding what I need. Jose's installation team are very polite and worked deligently all 3 days with attention to detail and the new roof look great. BTW, the cleanup was so good and thorough that my wife said the area around the house is more clean and tidy than they started working 3 days ago. Even though their estimate is the most expansive one, their overall first-rate work earned the ***** and I would recommend them without hesitation.
