Eastman Roofing & Waterproofing did a very good job in fixing the leaking problem of the roof in my house. Other people I talked to from other roofing companies set up an appointment to come over at the date and time promised but never showed. I canceled my appointment at the time just to wait for them but they never have the courtesy to call for cancellation. I'm proud to recommend Eastman Roofing & Waterproofing because they're honest and reliable company. Their personnel are great and knowledgeable to their jobs. Bless you all.
The roofer that I had used in the past, refused my request to inspect our roof. But they were willing to repair. That wasn't acceptable. I wanted an evaluation. I told a friend, who was in the lumber business, about my problem. He told me to call Eastman. I did. They came immediately, checked the roof and provided an estimate with pictures. I accepted. They performed the repair the work in one day, and I paid their fair bill. Andy Kjos
We hired Eastman Roofing to do repair work on our roof due to termites. We were extremely satisfied with their service and workmanship. Their roofer, Francisco, was incredibly skilled and kind. He took the time to show us when there was damage beyond what was initially estimated and carefully explained why and what had to be done. Francisco worked extremely hard, even on Saturday, to make certain our project was finished. We hope our repairs are finished for a while -- and if the need arises , we would certainly work with Eastman again.
Excellent service . I was dealing with a smashed skylight that broke during a storm and contacted Eastman to get it replaced . They were very professional every step of the way . The team replaced it in less than a hour,we’re so clean that not a single debris fell inside my house . The new skylight is excellent quality and a major upgrade from the one I had .
We had some ceiling damage in the kitchen and called Eastman for an inspection. Ramon was out within a couple of days and quickly spotted the likely problem... some second floor flashing that had lifted away from the roofline. He also identified potential issues, with a crack on the roof ridge, tape coming off some pipe jacks, and loose counter-flashing around the chimney. Some of these I would never have found myself due to them being virtually inaccessible to an amateur. The work was scheduled for up to a few weeks in the future due to the busy winter season, but they were out within a week or so. The repair folks sent photos of all work as soon as it was completed, and Ramon was very responsive with some follow up work to install some maintenance grates to prevent gutter back up. Prices were as quoted and seemed very fair. We would recommend Eastman Roofing quite highly for their quick and thorough work.
