Horrible experience here!! Emailed photos of the furniture I wanted to consign with them. They responded saying yes to bring them in. My husband and I spent 2 hours loading a sprinter van full and driving an hour to bring them in. When we arrived the man in back told us no one could help us since we were there before 11am when their consignment buying starts. We were never told in the email that they had specific times that don’t align with their open hours. He was so rude and short with us saying not his problem and to come back later. I didn’t have the time to wait since I have a preschooler needing to be picked up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

We love this store, and everyone there is so friendly and helpful. "But" they just put this partition at the front counter... made me feel like I was at the DMV and I almost tripped over it. Definitely takes away from the ambiance and easy Encinitas vibes... is it really necessary?

10/28/23 - This place is so AMAZING!!! They have everything you could ever want to furnish your home. These items are used so don't expect NEW furniture or you will be disappointed. However, I have found the older furniture is made so much better than the new pressed painted fiberboard furniture of today. We bought a dining room table w/6 matching chairs & a Buffet & got an amazing deal on all of it. I took a bunch of pics which I will attach. They also have a Guy Isaac that will deliver your furniture to you, for a fee of course. How convenient! I will add to my review once he delivers our furniture tomorrow. 11/01/23 - Isaac did a wonderful job delivering our furniture!!!! Overall was a GREAT experience. We will buy from them again.
