Great experience. I needed info and help to resolve a routine maintenance issue and very knowledgeable store agent thoroughly explained and showed me how to accomplish the task. Great service. The store was clean and organized.

What an amazing store and experience. Roth was very helpful and we purchased a Horizon 7.0 folding treadmill which we love. Bought it on 11/17 and commented to him that perhaps we should wait until Black Friday in case the price went down. He said not to worry...that if that happened, they would refund the difference. Sure enough I called on 11/29 after looking up the treadmill on the Horizon website and the price was $100.00 less. Within minutes I had the $100.00 plus tax refunded to my credit card. VERY impressed. Would highly recommend the store and people.

I have been going to Johnson fitness for many many years and the experiences always always the same – perfect! When Covid started, I decided to get a home gym and bought the hoist as well as a treadmill- (we are downsizing now, so we are replacing some equipment with smaller versions of hoist) and Loving working out in my own space and not having to deal with the crowds and attitudes of a gym. As for the staff —From Josh to Eric and Roth-they are all extremely knowledgeable and ready to help. There is absolutely zero pressure to buy when you walk in the store and try the equipment. Their delivery team and set up team are amazing as well.
