I’m very disappointed in the service I received from Consulting Services! The lack of professionalism and concern have been a challenge for me to accept! An apology goes a long ways! When I brought my concerns up they were dismissed! Now when my 2019 taxes are finally completed in Jan of 2021 with a $3500 refund error and no apology is given I find myself hurt and upset! A service was paid for! $275 to be exact! No stimulus received in Nov because taxes were not completed due to mis communication, lost emails and personal crisis on behalf of Tax Preparer! You hire a tax consultant to do your taxes because this is something that you do not specialize in and you expect them to be professional, efficient and organized! This office has been in business for many years, I’m sure with many Satisfied clients… unfortunately I am not one of them!
