I will not be using this company again. The tables and chairs were absolutely disgusting. I don’t understand how they could, as a business, present their “products” in this way.
As a business owner I couldn’t miss this opportunity to write this review. I was busy in meetings today & paid cash to the helpful company representative that literally showed up to my commercial space to help me with large scale immediate needs I had. Not only did they go out of their way to come to my front door after hours & during peak traffic but in my haste between meetings I overpaid them significantly in cash! The nice lady, after realizing the error, politely interrupted my meeting to hand me all of my overpayment back—wow! & what she didn’t know is I was meeting with one of the largest distribution companies in the state & they watched it all play out 😃 Great great company & I would recommend them to anyone, service is excellent & they have a sense of urgency most companies lack these days!

Last year was our first community Expo. We are planning our 2nd annual event now and was quoted $5,000 less for the same service and same amount of booth spaces than what we paid Conventions & More last year! So disappointed at how they took advantage of us because we were newbies to the Expo world. Shame on them!! $5,000!!!!
I had a terrible experience with renting 3 backdrops for my booth for An Affair of the Heart craft show October 21-23. When I arrived tommy booth all the backdrops had fallen down and the curtains were stained all over. My wife and I had to put all of the backdrops back up ourselves that continued to fall due to the poor structure of the backdrops which presented a huge safety hazard to us as well the An Affair of the Heart customers. I have been working on receiving a refund for almost a week due to all of the backdrops being on the ground when I arrived to set up my booth and the stained curtain that we had to hide with our pricing posters, but the person I am talking with is being difficult... needless to say we are highly disappointed, and for the price the backdrops were poor quality at best. I will post pictures in the comment section.
