Yolonda did an amazing job! She took the time with my 2 year old and gave him a great cut. Very patient and attentive to detail. My son also loved the indoor playground while we waited.

Do not recommend. We arrived at 2:04 for a 2pm and 2:15 appointment. I waited in line behind someone and they had three people at the desk. Nobody acknowledged me until after the lady in front cashed out and one lady told me “sorry our system is having issues” and then she asked who I was checking out for and I told her I was checking in for two people it was now 2:17 and they said they could not take both appointments. The delay was because of their systems. Yet they were unwilling to accommodate at all. The cut was $24 despite the promotion that said first time customers would be $11.99. The haircut itself was good but the customer service from counter to chair was not. My son is nonverbal and she kept asking him what he wanted to watch and she ignored my husband when he was saying just anything. Overall not a great experience. When systems are down and customers have to wait on you, you should not punish them for your system malfunction. We ended up booking a haircut at sharkeys who are much more welcome especially with special needs children. We chose to take our business elsewhere and were greeted and treated respectfully.
