I was 8 minutes late so multiple staff members told me they normally wouldnt see me and that i need to buy the upgraded package next time so i dont ruin their schedules. My sons haircut is terrible and crooked but its cut so short it cant be fixed now without buzzing it. Also it wasnt even busy so being told by multiple people how i ruined their schedule over a few minutes is ridiculous.

Trinity was so calm and sweet to our two year old who is afraid of clippers. She let him feel them and showed him that they would not hurt him. She was very patient with him, unlike a previous haircut he had at a different salon that seemed to traumatize him. We love cookie cutters at Knapp’s corner!

We took our little over 1 year old guy there for the first formal hair cut and it went much better than we thought. We had Saige complete his hair cut who was patient, kind and flexible. We’re so glad to have the option of him sitting in our lap because there’s no way he would have sat still otherwise. The cut turned out even better than imagined. Will definitely be back in the future!

Trinity did a great job taking care of my sons hair during his first ever hair cut at a salon ❤️ my sons only request was to have “spikey” hair and that’s exactly what he got and he is obsessed with it 😊 while my oldest son was getting his hair cut my youngest was playing in their play area! It was a perfect place to take a young child for a hair cut! I can’t recommend it enough! The price was VERY reasonable!

The stylist was amazing with my almost two year old son. He was squirmy at first but she had tips and tricks to get him settled and good advice about his second ever haircut. I will definitely be going back again and again!
