Went to Candace for a blow out. She was super careful around my skin as I had just gotten a spray tan and didn’t want to mess it up. Candace was really friendly, made the whole experience relaxing and did a great job on my hair!

Excellent makeup and hair updo services for our bridal party of seven on an early Saturday morning. Everyone did great work to make us look even more beautiful. However, the owner did not come to work the day of our service, which put our bride about an hour behind schedule. The bride had discussed the tight schedule with the owner several times and had been assured that the shop could handle all of us within the allotted time. The owner did not record the bride's deposit in the shop's billing system. But with a couple of phone calls and email receipts, this was resolved. The makeup bar did not stock waterproof mascara. So bring your own if that's important to you.

Beyond happy with my haircut, and blowout done by the salon manager Betsy. All of the girls at the salon are so nice and sweet. The salon itself is beautiful and so clean! 10/10 recommend! ❤️

I recently got extensions in because I have fine and short hair and from the moment I walked in to get more information about extensions and the options they offer to today, Jaicey has been nothing but very helpful! I definitely recommend getting in her chair. She’s the best! And I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair and how people can’t notice I have extensions in because of how well it blends with my natural hair.

I had a terrible experience here. I booked an appointment for a blowout and hot tool add on as well as a full makeup and eyelash add on. I booked the hot tool in case my hair didn’t hold up with the blow out because I was going to a wedding, my stylist told me it would hold for the night but if I wanted to add some curls I wouldn’t have time to do all my makeup?? But I booked it into my appointment to assure they had time so that didn’t make sense, I trusted her and assumed it would hold and skipped the hot tool so I could get my full makeup done. The makeup looked awful even after asking her to fix certain things. She acted as though this was her first time doing makeup. She also said she didn’t know how to do lashes and didn’t have time either. Didn’t ask if I wanted mascara or eye liner, I left with crooked orange lips after I asked for a light nude pink. By the time my makeup was done my hair was flat and I hated my finished makeup look. I knew I had to rush back and redo my hair and makeup before going to the wedding so I left without asking to fix anything else because I had no time. I called them the following days to express my disappointment and got multiple no answers, left messages and finally got in touch with the manager days later who said she couldn’t help me because I didn't let them know soon enough. Even though I couldn’t get ahold of them. I also filled out the online survey I was emailed and no response. She told me she would have her higher up call me to resolve the issue and I never got a call. I tried to resolve the issue before leaving a bad review but I guess they just don’t care. So come here if you want flat hair and makeup that looks awful and poor customer service. Leaving photos of how looked immediately leaving the salon. And what I looked like after fixing my makeup myself. I should have done it myself and saved time and money. I had no hot tools with me and since I was out of town and had to go to the wedding with flat hair.
