We love Cook's. We've enjoyed every tech that we have spoken with. Friendly, good with communication, not super pushy. We've had very few bug issues thanks to them. The only critique I have is to our last tech: Sir, I know that our fence gate was frozen shut on one side. Huge puddle of ice frozen around it. Please remember that most homes have video and/or people watching you. Please ask the home owner for help or additional access points instead of standing there pulling on the gate as hard as you can. I realize it is not a good fence but it's still ours. I heard the wood threatening to snap and it is now bent at the base until the ground thaws due to your efforts. If you had knocked and asked for assistance, we would have been more than happy to assist you with access to our back yard. I am not looking for compensation or any kind of apology. I just wanted to say something because it was a little shocking to see how persistent he was in trying to open a very frozen gate to the point of it almost breaking. Thank you all so much for the service you provide. It helps me sleep better at night.

Although the gentleman that performed our service was very nice and did a great job, I will miss TD greatly. I wish I had known he was leaving. I would have loved to have been able to at least convey my gratitude and appreciation for the work he has done at my home. Also, once again thanked him for running to the pharmacy for us when we were both do ill and had gone without food for for days. Thanks for being the kind of company that has employees that will go out of their way to help people in their hour of need. God bless you all and I hope each and every one of you have a Happy Thanksgiving and a Merry Christmas/Happy Hanuakkah or whatever the case may be.

Eric is so professional and knowledgeable. He does a great job inspecting and treating our house. Besides the termite protection installation and insect/rodent maintenance they have also replaced our door to the crawlspace as well as the vent screens. We are extremely happy with Cooks. We highly recommend them.

Nathan provided outstanding pest control service at my home today, treating both the inside and outside of the house. He was thorough in his work, respectful and conscious of his presence, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and efficiently. His knowledge and professionalism stood out, and his customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend Nathan and the company he represents to anyone in need of one-time or recurring pest control services.
