Best local wine store. They source from local businesses, so you won’t find the store brands for once! They have tags on each wine outlining where it came from, if it’s full/medium/light body, and the notes in the wine. Their wine tastings are educational and not stuffy! They teach you about where the wine is from, any history tied to the region, and they give you a 10% off discount. Best liquor store in the area!

Great store! They carry a great selection of all liquor types but I especially like their tequila. They have reasonable prices and their staff is great. Both Gil and Tim are always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Love this place so far. I had come here a few times for wine, but I need to explore what else they offer, which I’m sure is great. I think the wine selection is pretty great, and what I like the most is the variation in price point. You can get a great bottle here without breaking the bank. The wine tastings are a fun touch as well, and the staff is really knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Having recently moved to Jersey City, this is my go to.

Excellent shop for a calm sit and relaxed sit-in and unrushed environment. Coffee is prepared as ordered, facilities are clean and the staff were very accommodating. If you'd like a place for a little peace and quiet in a completely restful but enjoyable environment, CoolVines Powerhouse is it.

Best neighborhood ever! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they have an excellent selection of products (wine, spirits, food and products). They hold tastings, classes and other events that support creating a community. Not enough great things can be said about them!
