Can’t recommend enough! I’ve been seeing Shawna for a year(ish) and my strength and body composition have changed drastically! I am so happy I chose Shape Plus, it is one of the best decisions I’ve made. The vibe is chill, everyone is so nice, there’s variety in the workouts so you can focus on different improvements. It's a super encouraging environment- which is so helpful when you’re getting started on a big change!

Shape Plus and having Shauna as a personal trainer has been extremely important and rewarding for me . I was a top competition gymnast for 8 years, ball room dancer, and extreme athlete for my whole life . I am 77 years old and with the combination of old injuries and multiple surgeries my body has suffered the consequences. Shauna has helped me regain muscle strength , postural support, and confidence to move through my later years with greater ease. She knows her physiology and is experientially trained to recognize what exercises are appropriate to use for each individual’s needs. And how wonderful to have someone with a great, fun personality , set all your machines for you! I recommend her above all other trainers I have had.

This is my first experience with a personal trainer. All of the various exercises have been appropriate for my tolerance level. The workouts have been both enjoyable and beneficial without over-doing. I feel better with each visit and look forward to a long exercise relationship with Shape Plus and would recommend them to anyone with any hesitation.

I started training with Mason back in October on a 10-week program, and the results have been amazing. I feel noticeably stronger, leaner, and more confident in my workouts. Mason has been incredibly supportive of my goals every step of the way. He is extremely knowledgeable about strength training and how to properly build muscle, why it’s important, and how to train in a way that’s both effective and sustainable long term. If you’re looking for a trainer who genuinely cares about his clients success, knows their stuff, and helps you see real results, I highly recommend Mason!

Couldn't ask for a better trainer than Mason and Shape Plus. They will work with you where you are (whatever shape you're in including injuries) and get you to where you want to be all while providing support, guidance, and accountability. Would recommend to anyone.
