Absolutely love this studio! Every instructor I have had has been amazing and so fun to work with. I have attended their group events and invited my friends and everyone has loved it and can't wait to go back! You can't go wrong with any of the classes!

I started Pilates at Core Strength two years ago with minimal knowledge of the workouts or equipment. What started out as classes twice a week has now evolved to four to five workouts a week. The instructors are knowledgeable and have workouts for all skill levels. Check them out!
