Karen and Tom Monroe with Cornerstone Home Lending were an essential component of the ease associated with my first time home buying process. They were patient with me as I was learning about the process, and they provided me very valuable feedback about different kinds of lending options and ultimately, they provided excellent recommendation on when to lock in on interest rates.
