When we were let down by a previous lender, I ran to Billy Evans with the hopes of a Hail Mary! We had about 13 days till our closing date and the holidays in between. I was in a panic! Needless to say, he and his team came in clutch and got it done in less time than that!!! Better interest rate, no lender fees and overall superior terms than the other lender. Billy was able to float down our interest rate the day before closing! Rock Mortgage has made two home purchases very easy for me.
