Scheduling can be tricky because they rarely answer the phone and don’t always return calls even if you leave a voicemail. Jono is great and I highly recommend him. Some of the other PT’s are ok, and others feel like a wasted visit.
I can’t recommend Cornerstone enough!! I ended up here after surgery for a complex wrist fracture. Through all of the ups and downs of this journey, everyone here has been such an encouragement. I was barely able to use my wrist after surgery for about 4 months and had very limited range of motion. I had started to lose hope that my wrist would ever be normal again. The PT’s at Cornerstone are amazing and I now have my wrist function back. I will be forever grateful to Jono, Gina, and the rest of the team for helping me get my life back! They have helped me a ton with TMJ, as well. The owners are wonderful people, as are all of the therapists and ladies at the front desk. I’ve been to other PT places in town and Cornerstone is far and above the best out there!!
I have had intermittent problems with my back for over 40 years. The latest flare-up kept me standing crooked, with difficulty walking, and in pain for over 3 ½ weeks. Came in for a 30 minute therapy appointment and the therapist did some things with my back, legs, and hip that I have never had done before by any of the many doctors, chiropractors, or therapists that have treated me for decades. I walked out of there upright with no pain and with complete flexibility. I have never had such a total change for the better that quickly in 40 years. I was (and still am) amazed and in awe at the 360 degree turnaround I experienced in one visit! Kind, extremely knowledgeable therapists and friendly front desk employees. Can't recommend Cornerstone enough!
The physical therapists at Cornerstone helped me resolve my migraines which had been occurring most days. I haven't had a true migraine in months! Earlier this year, I received Shockwave Therapy treatment at Cornerstone for pain in my feet. I am in my 30s and my walking was limited to 2-3 miles due to pain. After treatment, I have been able to return to hiking, including sumitting 14ers this Summer!
Have had the privilege of working with several Physical Therapists at Cornerstone over several years for different circumstances. Each time, they have exceed my expectations. They are thorough, they listen intently, and have always found a method of treatment that has served me well. The treatments have not been painful; they know what I can tolerate and they are careful to do what is required and what makes me feel better. They are all very professional and always courteous. Most importantly, they are outstanding at what they do and highly effective as well. You will be so happy you found them!
