Master TJ and the staff are phenomenal! They teach discipline, respect, and how to defend yourself in a real life manner. They don't hand out belt colors like candy but focus on development and mastery before kids progress. They make it fun and keep the kids engaged. As a coach of 20 years I am amazed how much these kids learn. Thank you for being a True Martial Arts center for my Luna.

When my child expressed interest in practicing martial arts I was fully supportive but knew it might be difficult to find the right fit. With martial arts, as with most things in life, it is more about who is teaching than what was being taught. So, I set out to find a school who would teach in a way consistent with our ideals while also be engaging, challenging, and fun. True MA was the first school we checked out but I could tell it would be a great fit from lesson one. Master TJ's demeanor, values, communication, skill, and patience provide a perfect balance with instructing the kids we as parents trust you with him. TJ has the ability to keep the children engaged, focused, and accountable while also being respectful, and compassionate. Our child is athletic and very bright, and also can struggle with focus, so, not much different than many 10yr olds🙂 I knew martial arts could be a great benefit to them and, after finding the right fit, it has been. They love coming to class and never need any encouragement to attend. We look forward to continuing this journey and our child's personal growth at True MA.

True Martial Arts is excellent! Our five year old son started six months ago and we absolutely love it. Master TJ and the instructors are wonderful with the students, loving them but also challenging them to be great and not letting them settle for less. It’s worth every penny!

True Martial Arts is absolutely outstanding! I had the privilege of witnessing their students and coaches in action firsthand when we hosted the Open Colorado Cup Tournament, and I was truly impressed. Their students are incredibly strong, disciplined, and well-trained — a clear reflection of the dedication and passion their coaches pour into every class. You can see that the coaches at True Martial Arts genuinely care about their students’ progress, confidence, and success. Their energy, professionalism, and support create an environment where champions are built. Truly a top-tier martial arts school — highly recommended!

My grandson had been attending for a year. He does have some attention issues, and TJ is great with all the kids at all ages. He's firm but doesn't yell, teaches them form, function, confidence and to step up and be leaders. I watch almost every class and I'm impressed!
