Their Project Managers are deeply knowledgeable and are always available to help us work through the challenges and logistics of each unique event. Quotes are transparent, deliveries and pickups are on time, and their team is proactive about confirming details so nothing falls through the cracks. The inventory quality is top-notch—tables, chairs, linens, glassware, tenting, heaters—everything arrives clean, well-labeled, and event-ready. When last-minute changes pop up (and they always do!), CORT is solution-oriented and fast, which keeps our timelines on track. I cannot say enough great things about Tricia at CORT Party Rental. From our first email to strike, she was professional, kind, and unbelievably responsive. We had several last-minute adjustments (hello, spoon count!) and Tricia handled them with total grace—updating the order immediately, coordinating with accounting, and even flagging a small refund after count-in. The rentals were spotless, labeled, and exactly as specified, which made setup a breeze. Communication was clear, timelines were honored, and any potential stress was removed before it started. As a planner, I work with a lot of rental companies, and Tricia stands out for her attention to detail, follow-through, and genuinely warm customer care. Cort Party Rentals was an absolute pleasure to work with from our very first meeting at their store all the way through to our wedding day. They were incredibly organized and kept a detailed list of everything we ordered. We truly appreciated their flexibility, as they allowed us to update specific details up until a week before our wedding. The team was efficient with both the drop-off and pickup of all our rentals and worked seamlessly with our wedding planner and other vendors. We can't recommend them highly enough!

I’ve been working with Cort for years including business events and personal events. They have every kind of rental item imaginable. My account manager, Tricia is fantastic to work with because she knows their book so well. I always get the best guidance for item quantity and she never forgets to include everything I need to pull off the perfect set up for my events. The Delivery teams are professional and don’t waste time. They know what they’re delivering and they know how to set it up. There’s a reason Cort has been in business for so many years. They are the best!
