I’ve been coming here for years, but the new ownership is the reason I’ll be visiting a competitor going forward. I purchased a day pass for my two children and sat on the platform, as I’ve always done. I was then approached by an employee and told I needed to pay an additional $5 for socks just to sit and watch my children. This felt like a money grab aimed at parents who are simply trying to let their kids enjoy themselves. Unfortunately, this experience has changed my view of a place I used to enjoy.

I've been wanting to take my son here for a while, & today I finally did & was pleasantly surprised! Prices are reasonable & I feel you definitely get your money's worth. The facility has so many fun attractions & is clean!! My son thoroughly enjoyed his time. Not to mention, the food is good & made fresh to order. I love the variety of food & activities for everyone to enjoy & have a great time! We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful time! The facility is not only very clean but there's a variety of different trampoline activities to do. But the staff is what makes this trampoline park stand out from others. What a nice group of responsible enthusiastic young people. Yasna, Alaina and Ahton were just fantastic with my children. They really train their staff so well to interact with kids. I definitely recommend this place!

I came here last Saturday for a birthday party. HUGE indoor adventure park, I definitely burned some calories walking around here. They had sooo many different attractions, food and drinks. The bumper cars were not included but only $3 additional. It was pricey for ME $60 for two people with two hours time limit.

We had a Funday Sunday celebrating my great-nephew's birthday here, and everyone had a fantastic time! The food was great, and the kids had a blast. However, there were a few logistical issues that could have been handled better. We had a 30-minute delay getting our party set up, which was frustrating. Many people in my party, including the birthday boy and myself, had to complete the waiver multiple times because the system didn't recognize our prior online submissions, even after we showed the confirmation emails. Additionally, when it was time to get our jump passes, only about half of my guests appeared on the roster, even though many had already checked in. Luckily, I had a printed list and had to go through it, reading out phone numbers to a staff member so she could manually check everyone in. I also have a couple of safety suggestions. It would be helpful to have a staff member stationed at the main entrance for security. My 16-year-old nephew, who has special needs, walked toward the door, and my friend had to bring him back. Having someone at the door would help prevent elopement issues. I also recommend adding double-seated bumper cars for kids who are unable to ride alone. Lastly, all of our food and drinks came out at the same time. It would be great if drinks and the fruit tray could be served as appetizers while we waited for the main food, which took about an hour. Also, the arcade games take up a lot of credits (10-12 points per game), which made the 20-credit card for each jumper run out very quickly. Overall, we had a memorable time and truly enjoyed the party. A few operational improvements could make the experience even better.
