We had an amazing time at Dig World! It was so awesome! Our boys enjoyed it so much. The concept is soo cool. They were so excited to operate real CAT machines, we were too! I think everyone’s favorite part was a tie between the dirt excavate and the lego pick up! My husband and I were obsessed with trying to pick them up ourselves. It was so much fun! They really enjoyed the boom lift too! It makes you realize how much hard work construction is. We gained a real appreciation for the industry. We purchased the yearly pass, which was only $20 more than the ticket so we can go back as much as we want for an entire year. It’s worth it! We are heading back in two weeks. It’s a great way to spend a few hours with the kids!

Let me start by saying - WOW!! Talk about taking a simple concept and elevating it beyond all possible expectations!! We are in Houston this weekend for a little vacation away from San Antonio and saw an ad for Dig World pop up on social media, decided to try it out with our boys (ages 8 and 5). It's about a 40 minute drive from Houston on I-10, and super easy to find at the Katy Mills mall. We visited on a Sunday, arrived around 10am, and the weather was nice and cool for a January morning, perfect sweatshirt weather and great for running around. There was no wait for getting entry into the park. The host at the front gate guided us through signing the waivers and payment, and explained the park rules and how everything works as far as timing and entry/exit. The boys could hardly wait to get inside and get on the trucks! We did EVERYTHING inside the park - literally. There weren't even any lines forming until closer to noon or 12:30 so on a lot of the rides and trucks we got to stay on and just keep digging or playing for as long as we wanted to! My personal favorite (since I climbed on for some too!!) was the mini excavator games - I got pretty good at stacking traffic cones. 🤣 My 8 year old is tall enough to drive the UTV himself....a terrifying experience, but also hilarious. Our 5 year old didn't mind riding with one of us on everything, he had a lot of fun. They both enjoyed taking breaks in the sandbox and on the playground, too. All of the construction equipment was in perfect working order, well-maintained, safe, and clean. Probably the most surprising part of the day for me was the staff. I was shocked at the young age of all of the operators for all of the equipment, and worried they would be aloof, or glued to their phones, or not attentive to the kids. Much to my delight, every single one of them was not only attentive, but seemed to take great pride in ensuring that the kids had a great, safe time, and learned how to operate all the machines and trucks. One of the operators even stood on the side of an excavator for about 20 minutes with my 5 year old and helped him dig a giant hole in the dirt! I was SO impressed with all of the staff and their great care and concern for everyone's safety and enjoyment of the park. Overall, Dig World was not just a great experience, it was a fantastic value for what it cost to bring a family of 4 for a morning/afternoon of fun! The kids AND the adults had an incredible time!! If I could change one thing, I would suggest that they add a full lunch service to their snack stand rather than just bags of chips and popcorn. We would have stayed all day if the boys didn't start getting hungry! Thank you for an awesome day!!

Dig World is an absolute dream for kids! From the moment we arrived, my kids were excited and engaged the entire time. They got to operate real construction machines in a safe way, dig, explore, and experience something totally different from a regular playground. The staff was friendly, patient, and great with kids, making sure everyone felt safe while still having tons of fun. Everything was well organized, clean, and very impressive. My kids didn’t want to leave! Such an amazing experience for families — fun, educational, and unforgettable. Highly recommend!

I visited Dig World today, and overall I really enjoyed the experience. The concept of the place is unique, creative, and truly impressive. It’s a great idea and has a lot of potential. That said, I think there’s still room for improvement. The number of activities and rides is a bit limited for the price, and it would be amazing if they could add more options. For example, a kids’ room with construction tools—like toy screwdrivers and bolts—would make the experience even more engaging for younger children. We went on a Saturday, and surprisingly there were no lines or waiting times at all, which made the visit smooth and enjoyable. I hope Dig World expands in the future because the concept deserves to grow and reach more places around the world. Wishing them all the best!

Visited for my son’s birthday and we had a blast. The staff were nice and helpful and we got to ride many rides over and over again. My son loves construction vehicles and he had a BLAST. Even the adults were having fun using the equipment. We will return soon. Thank you Dig World!
