I have been visiting Cosmo Auto Service for about 4 years now. I never got any major work done there — mostly just oil changes and tire changes. When it comes to actual mechanical work, they seem capable, however the transparency and professionalism is absolutely zero. Incident #1 – Spark Plugs (Last Year) Last year I was there for an oil change. While checking in, I asked for a quote for spark plug replacement — just a quote, nothing more. I was told to wait and they would let me know. After 30–40 minutes, they brought me my keys and informed me that the oil change and spark plugs were already done. I was shocked — because I never approved that work. Their charges were extremely high and when I asked the receptionist which brand of spark plugs they used, the only answer I got was: “High quality ones, that’s why they’re expensive.” No details, no transparency. Just an apology for “misunderstanding.” Incident #2 – Tire Change (Today) Today I was there to change tires — three were already on rims, one tire was not. Jomy told me one lug nut was stuck and they would have to cut/remove it. I agreed. But when everything was done, I was informed that two lug nuts were replaced — not one — and I was charged $170 total just for tire change + two lug nuts. When Jomy originally showed me the wheels, ALL other lug nuts were already off — only ONE was stuck. So where did the “second” one come from? Then when I questioned the charges during billing, I was suddenly told that all four brake calipers were loose and they “tightened them.” That was a 100% lie — because I was literally standing in the workshop when they removed the tires. They never touched the brakes or calipers. They just said that to distract me from questioning the bill. Conclusion I trusted this shop for years and have referred many people here — that was my mistake. Their service quality might be okay, but trust, honesty, transparency, and professionalism are missing completely. Can’t trust what they say and what they actually do. I am never going back, and I will never refer anyone again. Now you can say what ever you want but i am telling exactly what happened, i never asked for spark plug replacement i just asked for quote when vehicle was already in workshop and for further information about breaks yours technicians never checked my breaks they put two tires right in-front of me. But at time of billing lady at front desk lied all four break callipers were loose.
