This was my first time at Cupid’s Car Wash and I was so impressed! The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, and you can tell right away how much pride they take in their business. The customer service was amazing — everyone was friendly, helpful, and made sure I had a great experience. My car came out spotless, and I honestly wasn’t expecting to be treated so well at a car wash. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know!

This review should have been done in the spring when I first had my car cleaned. I'm preparing to take it in again this week. While I would love to receive the quality for a lesser price ($200), I also look at the care and level of cleaning that $200 bought me. I have a large dog who both sheds and drools. The windows are disgusting. This time I also have a lot of bugs. And while I try to accommodate for that, the car gets pretty well "used." Given the fabric used now for the floor and cargo, to remove the hair especially, is a whole lot of work. Marianne and her staff are meticulous, and work their butts off. They need to be paid appropriately for that. I'm happy that they have an owner who also appreciates that and follows through accordingly. It's a hard job. They have to earn an income that appropriately compensates them. They may also have families to support. I have been a long time customer, and will continue to be one. Thank you all!

Amazing service ♥️ My truck was plastered with bugs after driving 17 hours and there was no way I was going to be able to get them off at any regular car wash. So Happy I took my truck to Cupid’s Car Wash. Great prices and they did a Fantastic job. I wish I would have taken a before picture. The dead bugs on the front of the truck you could barely see the Logo on the front grill. Thanks to all the people that work there and the Friendly service ♥️

UPDATED April 26, 2025. Brought my car in for a complete detailing and the service was amazing. The attention to detail is one of the many things that keep me coming back. I visited this business for the first time on June 22, 2024 and it certainly won't be the last! All I can say is wow, wow and one more WOW! As with almost all my reviews, it's the staff who make or break the customer service experience. From being greeted initially by the person who explained the services available; from the level of detail paid to all vehicles regardless of make to having the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Craig who is one of the owners. An absolute stellar experience from start to finish - I was beyond impressed. If you're looking for great value, check. If you're looking for a great experience, check. If you're looking for great people who excel in their field, check. Run. Don't walk. To this business, you surely won't be disappointed. Will definitely be returning!
