Most Costco Tire Service Centers take a while, but this place is a nightmare. It takes FOREVER to get basic service like a tire rotation. 2 hours is not at all surprising.

Other locations might be alright but would avoid this one, they are just way too busy/understaffed. Long wait times even after making an appointment. The staff is kind but are limited by what they can do. Others in the city will match their prices. Can’t get anyone to pick up the phone any time of the day either

My low tire pressure sign came on, so I went to fill up the tire with air at Costco, only to discover I have a flat! As this was a business vehicle that I needed to use for the next handful of days, I was panicking! Despite it being an hour to closing, Martin took me in, and both Jim and Chase repaired my tire. The relief I felt when this was done is indescribable! Thank you all again guys!
